Do you have feedback from other people that have purchased your work?

Yes, you can see feedback on my testimonials page as well as at my Etsy shop.

How can I purchase your artwork?

Through this site! My site is built using Squarespace, a secure online sales platform, so all of your payment information will be safe. See my Available Works page.

How does shipping work?

I ship all my paintings for free in the U.S.!

Once I am notified of your purchase, I will email you with a timeline for when I will have the work shipped and when to expect it to arrive. I typically ship paintings 24-48 hours after a purchase and send them via 2-day UPS shipping. I will also email you with a tracking number once the painting is shipped. If I sold multiple works during an event or sale or I’m on vacation, it might take me up to 7 days to ship out your painting. If you need a painting by a particular date, let me know, and I’ll write back with my best option to make sure I can get it to you on time.

If you live in New York City, I’m also happy to drop the painting off in-person if you’re interested. Just let me know.

I live outside the US, can I purchase a work?

Yes. Since I charge for shipping outside the US, please email me (alex@alexroediger.com) with the work you are interested in purchasing. I’ll put the painting on hold and email you back with a few shipping/price options. If there is a shipping option that works for you, I’ll add the agreed upon shipping price to the cost of the artwork and I will send you an updated link to make a secure purchase via my Squarespace website.

I’m interested in one of your paintings, but it’s a little out of my budget. Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. Please don’t be shy in emailing me (alex@alexroediger.com) if you are interested in a particular work that might be a little over your budget. I can’t guarantee we’ll find a price that works, but I’m always happy to try to come up with a financial option that might work for both of us. Here are a few options we can explore over email:

Layaway / Payment Plans

If want to buy a painting but can’t afford it immediately, I’m happy to put it on hold for a few weeks. If you need more than a couple weeks, you can put down a deposit and have the painting held for an additional period of time. Longer term payment plans are a possibility too if you wish to pay over the course of several months.

Purchase Multiple Works

If you are interested in buying multiple works, feel free to email me with a request for a discount alongs with the names of the works you’re interested in purchasing. I’ll respond with a discounted rate for the combined works.

Ask About Upcoming Sales

Feel free to ask me if there are any upcoming sales and we could probably work out a way for you to take advantage of the sale discount.

Do I need to get a frame to hang your work?

No, my paintings are on wooden panels and come installed with hanging wire. You can put the painting up directly on the wall. The panels are 0.75 inches, the same depth as most paintings on canvas so they can be easily framed if desired but it’s certainly not necessary.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You can send the painting back in 30 days for a full refund.

Can I see your work in person before deciding on a purchase?

Yes. Let me know if you’d like to see my works in person anywhere in the New York City area. I’m happy to make arraingments to have you over or to come to you.
